1. Digital Products : Most products and services offered by DiGi Learnify are digital in nature and are delivered instantly or within a short period after successful payment. Due to the immediate delivery and accessibility of digital products, all sales are generally final and non-refundable.
2. Eligible Refund Cases : A refund may be considered only in the following situations: You were charged more than once for the same order. You received the wrong digital product due to our error. The purchased product cannot be delivered because of a technical issue from our side. The product or service becomes permanently unavailable before delivery. A refund is required under applicable consumer protection laws. Any approved refund will be processed after verifying the claim.
3. Non-Refundable Items : Refunds will not be provided in the following cases: Change of mind after purchase. Lack of product usage.Failure to read the product description before purchasing. 4. Cancellation Policy : Orders for digital products may be cancelled only if the order has not yet been processed or the digital product has not been delivered or activated. Once a digital product, software license, OTT subscription, AI tool access, or online course has been delivered or activated, the order cannot be cancelled.
5. Subscription Services : For subscription-based services, you may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation will stop future charges but will not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless required by law.
